Hi my name is Laura and I live with my husband, our two children and our cat in Horndean, Hampshire.
I have 20 years of experience within Customer Service, Account Management and Administrative roles in a variety of different sectors including Marine, SaaS and Education to name a few!
Like many working parents, I found myself at a crossroads after having children. I wanted the flexibility to be present for school drop offs and pick ups, while also continuing to grow professionally and maintain my own identify outside of ‘Mum’ (I’m sure many of you can relate!)
So that’s when I decided to launch my own Virtual Assistant businesses - combining my skills and experience with a passion for helping small business owners. I understand how much admin can pile up when you are trying to do it all. My goal is to take that weight off your shoulders so you can focus on what really matters - whether that is growing your business or simply finding more hours in the day. I will smoothly handle your data entry needs with precision and care, so you can focus on the exciting parts of your business.
General Admin Tasks
I can undertake general admin tasks to allow you to focus on what is important. This includes making phone calls, travel planning, research, responding to social media comments/messages, basic bookkeeping such as raising invoices/chasing payments and so much more!
Pricing
Ad Hoc - £30 per hour
A flexible billing option for those ad hoc tasks and fluctuating workloads. There are no hidden costs and any unused hours will be refunded at the end of the month. Minimum of 1 hour per month.

Monthly Retainer - 5 Hours - £150
10 Hours - £300
15 Hours - £450
For those who like having consistent support, I also offer a retainer option so you can secure the required number of hours each month for any tasks you need completing. This arrangement allows you breathe easy knowing that help is just an email away, making it a win-win for everyone involved! Please note that unused hours cannot be carried over to the following month.

Inbox Detox Package - £180
This is designed to organise all emails into neatly categorised folders, declutter pesky spam emails, and unsubscribe from unnecessary mailing lists, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient digital space. And if you want to keep things running smoothly after the detox, I can offer ongoing maintenance! Up to 10,000 emails.
Email Management - £500 per month
Check emails twice a day (Monday - Friday)
Set up and organise your emails into folders
Flag any urgent emails for your attention
Delete unwanted emails and unsubscribe from junk
Respond to emails as agreed
I also offer bespoke package options, which allow you to choose a set number of services at a fixed price, allowing you to select a package that best fits your needs.
